Running With and Sleeping With Wolves in Lithuania
Wolves are portrayed in fairy tales and folktales as evil ravenous beasts. Yet some people will go to great lengths to meet them.
Wolves are shy animals. If you want to catch a glimpse of them you have to know their territory well. One animal park in Lithuania allows visitors to come within touching distance of wolves. The park, located in the northwest of Lithuania in the Telšiai region, lets adventure-seekers spend a night in a so called wolf hotel near these beautiful creatures.
