Motor Development International headed by former race car engine designer Guy Negre claims that the engine produces almost zero emissions, and recently John Fitzgerald returned to the MDI factory to look at the latest developments in what has the potential to be a major contributor in the global effort to reduce carbon emissions, and thereby global warming.
