Battle of the giants
Spanish star chef Santi Santamaria has openly criticized Ferran Adria's much acclaimed molecular cuisine saying honest cooking doesn't need to rely on chemistry. Santamaria was the first Catalan to be awarded 3 Michelin stars. He runs "Can Fabes" in the small town of Sant Celoni some seventy kilometers north east of Barcelona.
