Success and Long-Term Quality Through Evaluation
Großansicht des Bildes mit der Bildunterschrift: DW-AKADEMIE places a strong emphasis on both individual and institutional learning. Evaluation programs ensure that the projects and their long-term success can be systematically checked and improved
All of DW-AKADEMIE's projects are evaluated after their completion. The evaluation is based largely on feedback from the participants.
Using questionnaires drawn up specifically for their training course, they evaluate aspects such as the presentation of subject matter, the practicality of what they learned, working materials and instructors. The results of this evaluation are analyzed by the project managers and trainers and taken into account for future planning.
More Transparency
DW-AKADEMIE is also currently developing a system of external evaluation. External evaluation involves an independent assessment of projects separate from DW-AKADEMIE's own evaluation.
The aim is to make projects more transparent for those who commission them. The external evaluations offer DW-AKADEMIE additional suggestions and ideas on how to improve the conceptual planning and implementation of projects.
Maintaining Long-Term Contacts
DW-AKADEMIE often keeps track of participants' professional development over many years. With their permission, DW-AKADEMIE keeps their details in an internal data base.
This allows trainers and project managers to observe over the long term how the participant benefited from the training and how his or her career has developed as a result.
